突然间，大脑看到了什么，洞见了什么，
那一瞬间，整个内心黑暗的角落全部被清除。


大脑变得寂静，
既突然，也不突然，
这里面有真正的美，
不可言说的美。


这个状态，我无法去寻找，
也求之不得，也求之不来。
只能等。


拿出前所未有的耐心，等。
也就是完全的无为，观察，感知。


There is a flash of insight that suddenly dispels all the darkness, and the mind becomes utterly silent suddenly. That's the beauty of ultimate truth.


I can't seek it. I can only wait for it with great patience, which is non-doing. Observe, perceive, and then the insight suddenly appears, dissolving everything.
